First roomate dispute... So, I found out that electricity costs less after 8pm in Rome. So, when I was doing laundry for the first time, my italian roomate started telling about how this was the case, but I didnt understand her so we waited till night time to have a translation from our other roomate who told me what she was saying. I guess I wont be doing laundry during the day anymore... I used a drying rack for the first time yesterday after doing laundry. It took me a while to purchase one because whenever I would ask in Italian where it was I couldnt understand the directions they were describing!! haha So, yes finally learned that drying racks can be purchased in the Grocery store. I feel so ignorant right now. If you know I really like to ask a lot of questions as well! This small dispute led to a discussion between the roomates about the cost of the untilities and then if it would be ok to have a dog in the apartment. I agreed that it would be ok to have a dog, but said that if I have a problem with it later I would tell her. Hopefully this weekend I'll get to IKEA to buy some stuff that I really need. At least thats one store that I know how to maneuver around in.
