New York New York

Going to New York this Thursday and making a long deserved visit with friends and hopefully family. My roomate, Birgit and her bf are going to be in NYC as well and it will be great to meet up with them for a few days. Some things I'm really looking forward to are the St. Patrick's day festivities in New York that Monday night, checking out the culinary institute of America, visiting my friends in Manhattan and the surrounding burroughs, seeing my roomate and her bf from Austria and seeing my niece Calaea for the first time! Should be a packed trip!!

Last year I was in Rome and celebrating the event at Campo di Fiori. That day Italy and Ireland had a rugby match and Ireland won!! That night the Irish just errupted on to the streets and partied all night long, it was really great fun with them and their wonderful accents! Lets pray for some nice weather, green beer (not really), but awesome times !
